The client needed a striking cover illustration for a Japanese programming textbook series, aimed at making a technical subject feel exciting and approachable. I designed a full panoramic scene combining detailed architecture, transportation, and character illustrations, all built as clean, scalable vector art. The composition balances technical precision (buildings, vehicles, machinery) with warm, expressive characters to appeal to both tech-minded and general readers. The final artwork became the series' signature cover image, giving it a distinctive visual identity that carried across multiple volumes.
